For reasons that I don't quite understand we were celebrating Joe's birthday once again. I suppose a trip to the Kismet, our favourite Indian restaurant conveniently located at the top of our street, comes under the
any excuse category.
Then Al introduced us to something I believe she called photo-bombing...
...which Joe immediately took too...
After a gorgeous meal it was time to eat cake which Azad brought out with great ceremony and the whole restaurant singing
Happy Birthday...
Debbie had cooked the cake which Alys had then iced. After a huge Indian meal there was actually little in the way of space for this goodie. However, I'd be lying if I said that people didn't try!

We all had a great night out, thanks Steven.
Afterwards Sam drove over 100 miles to see his girlfriend whilst Joe headed off to a party. I'm amazed by(and probably envious of) their stamina.
After that meal it was all could do to undertake the two minutes it takes to walk to our house from the restaurant!
A great local Indian restaurant is one of those little things that make life worthwhile!!!!
Amen to that, Ian!
