Hello Steven, Debbie and I were standing on a railway platform sheltering from the rain. She looked up and saw that the roof was clear plastic with lots of wet leaves laying on top of it. Years ago I did a piece which involved setting leaves in wet candle wax and then letting it set. Debbie said the leaves on the roof reminded her of that.
To be spoken in a cockney accent: "Aahhh....Leaf it out, mate!" Seriously, though: lovely images and if you didn't know the story behind them they would look like works of art....actually they still look like works of art.
Hey there Christian - the art is all around us just waiting to be seen if you take the time to look up or around or take notice of what's going on around us.
I know, Sid. Nature makes wonderful art and we're reminded of that every day. I spend two or three evenings a week trotting down to the beach at Whitley (with MP3 player) for a bit of exercise. Amazing views in light or darkness and in virtually all weather conditions.
